NHPC Selection Process
The NHPC Non-Executive recruitment process is transparent and merit-based, ensuring fair opportunity for all candidates. The selection is carried out in the following stages:
Step 1: Computer-Based Test (CBT)
The first stage of the selection process is an online written exam (CBT).
The test includes objective-type questions from:
Technical discipline (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, E&C – for JE posts)
