Education: Candidate must have completed M.Sc. Nursing, or B.Sc. Nursing (Basic/Post-Basic), or Diploma in Nursing Education and Administration (DNEA) from an institution recognized by the Indian Nursing Council.
Experience: At least 2 years of clinical or teaching experience is required.
Registration: Candidate must be registered with the Bihar Nurses Registration Council (BNRC), Patna.
Outside Bihar Qualification: If the qualification is from outside Bihar, a certificate of suitability from the Indian Nursing Council (INC) is mandatory
Salary

Nursing Tutors are appointed in Pay Level–8 under the 7th Pay Commission.
The basic salary ranges from ₹53,100 to ₹1,67,800 per month.
Apart from the basic pay, employees also receive Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA), medical facilities, and other applicable state government allowances.
Slection Process

Selection is done through a merit-based system.
The educational qualification marks obtained in Nursing courses are given weightage.
Relevant work experience in teaching or clinical practice is also considered.
The final merit list is prepared by combining both academic performance and experience.
Candidates are then shortlisted for appointment based on their ranking in the merit list.
