IOCL Apprentice recruitment 2025 – Opportunities for ITI, Diploma, and Graduates
The Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) regularly conducts recruitment drives for different categories of candidates. Depending on the qualification, applicants can apply for the following positions:

IOCL Apprentice Recruitment 2025 – Age Limit
Minimum Age: 18 years
Maximum Age: 24 years (as on the cut-off date mentioned in the notification)
Age Relaxation (as per Government Rules)
OBC (NCL): +3 years
SC / ST: +5 years
PwBD (Persons with Benchmark Disabilities):
+10 years for General candidates
+13 years for OBC candidates

Qualification
Trade Apprentice (ITI):Candidates must have passed Matriculation (Class 10th) along with a 2-year full-time ITI certificate in the relevant trade from an institute recognized by NCVT/SCVT.
Technician Apprentice(Diploma):Candidates must have passed Matriculation (Class 10th) and completed a 3-year Diploma in Engineering in the relevant discipline from a recognized institute.
Graduate Apprentice: Candidates must hold a full-time Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline such as BA, B.Sc, B.Com, or BBA from a recognized university or institution.
Trade Apprentice(Data Entry operator)
1)Fresher (Code 113): Candidate must have passed Class 12th (Intermediate) but should not be a graduate.
2)Skill Certificate Holder (Code 114): Candidate must have passed Class 12th and also possess a Skill Certificate in “Domestic Data Entry Operator” issued by a recognized body under the NSQF (National Skills Qualifications Framework).

IOCL Apprentice Recruitment 2025 Salary
Selected apprentices will receive a stipend as per the Apprentices Act, 1961 / 1973, Apprentices Rules 1992, and guidelines issued by IOCL from time to time.
The stipend will be paid monthly during the training period.
The approximate stipend for different categories is as follows:

IOCL Apprentice Recruitment 2025 Selection Process
The selection of candidates will be merit-based.
No written examination will be conducted.
The merit list will be prepared on the basis of the marks obtained in the qualifying examination (ITI/Diploma/Degree/12th as applicable).
In case of a tie, preference will be given to candidates with higher age.
Final selection will also depend on document verification and meeting the eligibility criteria
