Step 1: Visit the Official Website

Go to the official website of IWAI: 👉 www.iwai.nic.in

Step 2: Open the Recruitment Section

• On the homepage, locate and click on the “Recruitment” or “Career” section.

• Then, click on the active link titled “Apply Online for IWAI Recruitment 2025” (or a similar option).

Step 3: Register as a New User

• If you’re applying for the first time, click on “New Registration” or “Register”.

• Fill in the required details such as:

  • Post Name (e.g., LDC, JHS, or SAO)

  • Full Name (as per 10th certificate)

  • Valid Mobile Number and Email ID

✅ Complete the OTP verification process for both mobile and email.
After successful registration, you’ll receive your User ID and Password via email/SMS.

Step 4: Log In and Fill the Application Form

• Use your credentials (User ID and Password) to log in.

• Fill in all the necessary details carefully, including:

  • Personal and Contact Information

  • Educational Qualifications (10th, 12th, Degree, Diploma, etc.)

  • Work Experience (if applicable)

Step 5: Upload Required Documents

Upload the scanned copies of the following documents in the prescribed format and size:

• Passport-size Photograph

• Signature

• Educational and Category Certificates (if applicable)

📸 Tip: Ensure all uploads are clear and as per IWAI’s size specifications.

Step 6: Pay the Application Fee

Pay the application fee online through Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking, or UPI.

💳 Note: The fee is non-refundable once paid.

Step 7: Final Submission & Printout

• Review all the entered details carefully before final submission (no changes allowed afterward).

• Click ‘Submit’ to complete your application.

• Download and print the confirmation page or submitted application form for future reference.

• Note down your Application Number for tracking and correspondence.
